Anne with a plush doll version of Cel, my OCs.

Anne is the designer for Cel this season of #S-H-II-N-E. You remember the anthro dolphin/flotsam _{(well more like dolphin cause she didn't have horn and flotsam is dolphin with horn)}, model of Shiine in season 1? Yep, that's Anne. She returned this season as the designer. However her character is officially a human _{(a new born witch, more exactly)}, I only drew her as a anthro for the sake of needing an anthro char to join the contest. I'm probably not going to draw her as anthro ever again, unless I need an anthro char for some artistic purposes.
Anne does indeed first begun her life as a neopets char but her char have became too epic dark? that I decided to make her an independent char. That was about one year ago, it's also when I begun to give my "neopets" chars weird designs and adapt them into my universe so that I can own the full copyrights for their designs, I think. A notable example is Lo, or are Los. She even got split into two different chars during this process [link] [link] With my other chars I'm either keeping their anthro/quad version or their human version.

_{There is actually a reason behind why I draw Cel as a plush doll in this. It's kind of a reference to Anne's back story. She used to play games with people and if they lose they got turned into a plush toy. She is not exactly evil, nut that was when she was influenced by her demonic plush toy buddy who she contracted with when she first became a witch. Long story. I need to write it out someday. :/}
